What does prebiotic actually mean?

Prebiotics are fibres your body cannot digest but your gut bacteria can. Nine grams a can from cassava and chicory root. It is food for the good bugs, not a probiotic pill.

Where does the sweetness come from?

A small amount of cane sugar, two grams a can, and stevia leaf. No aspartame, no sucralose, nothing you have to look up.

How fast does it ship?
